AdBase operates on a 'Dual Track' model to maximize security and transparency. We clearly distinguish between Off-Chain and On-Chain data.

This data is encrypted and stored on our secure servers. It is NEVER published on the blockchain. - **Identity Data:** Email (for notifications and recovery), Password Hash. - **Behavioral Data (Anti-Fraud):** We collect server-side telemetry during ad viewing (cursor movements, window focus, interaction patterns) exclusively to feed our ' Identity Shield ' and ' Time-Warp Check' algorithms. This metadata is used only to distinguish humans from bots.

The Base blockchain is an immutable public ledger. The following information is publicly visible due to its technological nature: - ** Wallet Address:** Your public address (e.g., 0x...). - **Transactions:** The history of payments received (for Viewer) or sent (for Advertisers). AdBase cannot delete data from the blockchain once it has been written.

AdBase is a decentralized platform that does NOT issue invoices or traditional tax documents. - **Blockchain Receipt:** Each payment generates a transaction Hash (Transaction Hash) publicly visible on BaseScan. This Hash is your official and immutable receipt. - **Verification:** You can verify any payment by entering the Hash on BaseScan. - **No Tax Data:** We do not collect VAT numbers, tax codes, or billing addresses. The platform is designed to operate exclusively through crypto Wallet. - **User Responsibilities:** You are responsible for maintaining transaction Hash and filing tax returns in your country of residence.

- ** Proof-of-Humanity Validation:** We use behavioral data to assure advertisers that traffic is generated by real humans. - ** Proof-of-Attention:** Quiz answers are processed to validate understanding of the content and unlock Escrow. - **Security:** To prevent Sybil attacks, bot farms, and multi-accounting.

We don't sell your personal data Off-Chain. Advertisers only receive aggregated and anonymized data on campaign performance (e.g., completion rate, approximate geolocation), never the identity of individual Viewer.

Your data is processed on the Base of: - **Performance of the Contract:** Your data is necessary to provide you with the service (registration, payments, anti-fraud). - **Legitimate Interest:** We use behavioral data for platform security and fraud prevention. - **Consent:** For optional marketing communications (if enabled). You can withdraw your consent at any time from your account settings.

If you are a European Union resident, you have the following rights: - **Access:** You can request a copy of the data we hold about you. - **Rectification:** You can correct inaccurate or incomplete data. - **Erasure:** You can request the deletion of your account and associated data ('Right to be Forgotten').
